Collections and Litigation
Every attempt is made to recover legal costs from the owner/ s being acted against
both for pre -litigation and litigation. Our close liaison with VAN WYK MATABANE
ensures that legal costs are realistic and closely managed with the priority remaining
body corporate saving.
Redrafting rules
Once-off redraft to make the process of collections and penalties streamlined
and easier to enforce – this is done at no charge.
